3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security issue.

3.3 Authorized Users

If you invite or are assigned staff (such as accountants or auditors), you authorize appropriate access to business information needed to deliver services.

4. Financial Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data and documents you submit. We process information as provided and are not responsible for errors that result from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.

THE CENTER software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by The Center Business Services or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service as offered.

7. Professional Advice Disclaimer

THE CENTER provides tools to assist with bookkeeping and organization. We are not a substitute for licensed professional advice where required. For tax filing, legal, or certified accounting advice, consult a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Center Business Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service during the twelve (12) months before the claim, if any.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to our Privacy Policy and retention requirements. See our Delete Account page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
