Instructions for requesting deletion of your THE CENTER account and associated data.
If you no longer wish to use THE CENTER, you may request deletion of your account. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens next.
Send an email request
Email info@biz.center from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
Include the required details
Please include your full name, business name, registered phone number (if any), and a clear statement that you want your account deleted.
Verify ownership
We may ask you to confirm your identity to protect your account before processing the request.
Deletion timeline
After verification, we begin processing deletion. Access to the app account is disabled, and personal data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized. Some financial records may be retained for a limited period when required by law or bookkeeping obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What is deleted
- Account profile and login access
- App messaging and notification preferences tied to your user account
- Personal identifiers that are not required for legal retention
What may be retained
- Financial records and documents that must be kept for regulatory or accounting retention periods
- Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with law
